Black Bean Salad

3 cups black beans, cooked and drained
2 cups frozen corn, cooked and drained
2 sweet red or orange bell peppers,
cut into pieces
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon chili peppers, crushed
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Combine beans, corn, onions, red peppers, cilantro,
parsley, chili peppers. Mix garlic, lime juice, oil,
cumin and salt. Pour over salad and mix.
