Egg Salad

Place the following ingredients in a food processor:

12 hardboiled egg whites
1 peeled avocado
2 or 3 stalks celery cut up
fresh onion to taste
salt and pepper

Grind to the desired consistency.  

All right — it will be greenish. But the avocado gives 
it a creamy flavor and I don't miss the yolks and mayo.
