1 pound boneless, skinless chicken
breasts, cut into strips
oil for sautéing the chicken
1 medium to large onion, sliced up
2 cups sliced green peppers
2 teaspoons chili powder (salt free)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
Heat oil in skillet. Sauté chicken in oil until juices
run clear. Add remaining ingredients. Cook until
vegetables are tender.
